We from the Legalize it! association publish the Legalize it! magazine four times a year. Topics are mainly political and legal developments in dealing with hemp and especially THC in Switzerland. The 100th issue was published in winter 2023/24!

We produce our legal overview Shit happens every one to three years. It summarizes the state of hemp prosecution in Switzerland: Hemp, weed, THC and the laws on cannabis prosecution. We published the 15th edition in summer 2023.

We present a lot more information on our hanflegal.ch/en website (e.g. penalty orders and other documents relating to the handling of THC, history of hemp seed prosecution). You can also find more information about our association there.

The Legalize it! association has been in existence for over 30 years. Membership is open to private individuals (contribution 50 francs per year) and companies (contribution 200 francs per year). We are happy to offer exchange membership to associations.

Since August 2023, our spin-off association Legalize it! Social Club has been running one of Zurich`s social clubs, the Hanfstübli. These clubs are part of the Zurich pilot project Züri Can. At the beginning of 2024, we were able to hand over the 1000th cannabis bag (5kg in total) and have already gained some experience in legal sales.
